With over two decades of experience in real estate and a background in nursing, I bring a calm, focused, and results-driven approach to every transaction. Whether you’re buying or selling, I make it my mission to ensure the process feels smooth, clear, and tailored to your needs.

Since becoming a licensed agent in 2002, I’ve specialized in the Coeur d’Alene area and surrounding North Idaho communities, with a focus on lakefront, luxury, new construction, and golf course properties. I’m licensed in both Idaho and Washington and have built my business on repeat clients and trusted referrals, something I take great pride in.

I'm known for being responsive, organized, and deeply committed to my clients’ goals. I stay hands-on from start to finish. I listen closely, negotiate fiercely, and aim to make each step of the journey enjoyable and rewarding.

Outside of work, I treasure time with my big family, especially my daughter and granddaughter, who both bring so much joy and meaning to my life. My two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels are my daily walking companions, and I also love yoga, hiking, boating, live music, and exploring new places whenever I can.

Coeur d'Alene

Many Pacific Northwesteners have visited Coeur d’Alene in the summer for the fantastic water activites on Lake Coeur d’Alene, or in the winter for skiing at nearby resorts. But those who live here know that the beauty of the city and its surroundings lasts year round, as does the friendly spirit of the people. Located on the Idaho panhandle, not far from both Spokane, Washington, and Sandpoint, Idaho, Coeur d’Alene is a vacation destination, but it’s also a growing city with an ever increasing number of full-time residents. The city itself sits on the shore of the Lake of the same name, and both are surrounded by the Coeur d’Alene National forest, a beautiful evergreen paradise that spans more than 1,100 miles and three Idaho Counties. Coeur d’Alene is a prime location for outdoor lovers. The lake provides boating, kayaking, swimming, water skiing, and even lodging. That’s right, visitors can rent house boats or pontoons that are both cozy and luxurious. The Coeur d’Alene resort is a favorite destination, and is home to one of the United States’ finest golf courses. The 14th hole is especially unique—the green is on a moving, floating platform—the only one in the US. Winter sports are a popular attraction in Coeur d’Alene as well. Skiing and snowboarding at world-class resorts are just minutes away. And with our wet, cold winters, fresh powder is common! Homes in Coeur d’Alene range from houseboats and condos on the Lake to cabins in the woods and single-family homes in friendly neighborhoods. If you’d like to learn more about Coeur d’Alene, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.
