As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.

Meet Tanya

I became a real estate agent in 2002, after working as a registered nurse. I came from a family of real estate agents, developers and builders, so the move into the real estate industry was a natural one.

I’m a licensed real estate agent in the states of Idaho, Washington and Arizona. I specialize in Coeur d’ Alene and the surrounding areas as well as the luxury market in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.

I place an emphasis on listening to clients’ needs and working hard to help them reach their specific goals. Most of my clients are repeat clients, or trusted referrals. I specialize in new construction, luxury & lakefront homes and golf course communities.

My biggest strengths include being highly available to my clients, working in a timely and organized manner, and finding the perfect fit for my client's needs. My approach is very simple! I'm quick to respond, I listen to what my clients want and negotiate to get them the best deal. I make the process as stress free and enjoyable as possible. I am serious about my business and I simply get it done!

Outside of work, my interests include yoga, hiking, boating, live music, traveling and enjoying a glass (or two) of prosecco!

Coeur d'Alene

Many Pacific Northwesteners have visited Coeur d’Alene in the summer for the fantastic water activites on Lake Coeur d’Alene, or in the winter for skiing at nearby resorts. But those who live here know that the beauty of the city and its surroundings lasts year round, as does the friendly spirit of the people. Located on the Idaho panhandle, not far from both Spokane, Washington, and Sandpoint, Idaho, Coeur d’Alene is a vacation destination, but it’s also a growing city with an ever increasing number of full-time residents. The city itself sits on the shore of the Lake of the same name, and both are surrounded by the Coeur d’Alene National forest, a beautiful evergreen paradise that spans more than 1,100 miles and three Idaho Counties. Coeur d’Alene is a prime location for outdoor lovers. The lake provides boating, kayaking, swimming, water skiing, and even lodging. That’s right, visitors can rent house boats or pontoons that are both cozy and luxurious. The Coeur d’Alene resort is a favorite destination, and is home to one of the United States’ finest golf courses. The 14th hole is especially unique—the green is on a moving, floating platform—the only one in the US. Winter sports are a popular attraction in Coeur d’Alene as well. Skiing and snowboarding at world-class resorts are just minutes away. And with our wet, cold winters, fresh powder is common! Homes in Coeur d’Alene range from houseboats and condos on the Lake to cabins in the woods and single-family homes in friendly neighborhoods. If you’d like to learn more about Coeur d’Alene, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.
